DIP Solder Bars · Flux
& Tin Material Recycling

We supply SAC305/SAC0307/SAC300 lead-free alloy solder bars and DIP-process flux, and handle recycling of all kinds of waste solder, tin dross, tin ingots, solder paste and solder balls — helping wave-soldering lines achieve both stable supply and resource circulation.

PROCESS POSITION

Covering the full DIP wave-solder chain,
from infeed and coating to dross recovery.

From PCB infeed through flux coating, preheat and wave soldering to cooling and outfeed, every stage maps to the materials we supply and our downstream tin-dross recycling — a one-stop partnership maintaining line quality and resource circulation.

DIP / Wave + Reclaim
  1. STEP 01
    Flux Coating
Fluxing · Removes pad oxide, improving solderability
  2. STEP 02
    Preheat
Pre-heating · Flux activation, avoiding thermal shock
  3. STEP 03
    Wave Solder / Pot
Wave Solder · Molten SAC alloy bar soldering
  4. STEP 04
    Dross / Waste-Solder Recovery
Tin Reclaim · Tin ingot & primary/secondary dross loop

PRODUCT ITEMS

Three sub-categories,
six main supply items in total.

Organized by process into three groups — solder-bar alloy supply, DIP flux and tin recycling. Actual specs, minimum order quantities and recycling plans are adjusted to your line.

RECYCLING

Recovery in five steps,
helping lines reach their ESG goals.

Tin is a scarce, expensive heavy metal; reclaiming it from tin-bearing scrap protects the environment and supplements primary tin-ore resources. On three principles — on-site collection, clear settlement and complete documentation — we help customers build a stable circular system.

5 STEPS
STEP 01
Book Online
Provide material condition / estimated weight / alloy type, and we'll arrange a collection contact within 24 hours.
STEP 02
On-Site Weighing
Weigh on site and sort tin ingots, primary dross, secondary dross and waste solder paste / balls.
STEP 03
Sampling & Test
Analyze alloy composition and impurity content at our plant to confirm recovery grade and pricing basis.
STEP 04
Settlement & Payment
Settle based on the analysis report and current tin price, with invoice and recycling certificate provided.
STEP 05
Recycled Supply
Recovered material is refined and, on request, processed back into solder bars for the customer — closing the resource loop.
